Our very own honey

It wasn’t a harvest, per se.  Both our hives died over the winter, and I am preparing one to receive a hive that I’m going to help a local beekeeper remove from inside a house.  I had to empty some frames, and I picked the grodiest, most hive-beetle infested ones.  One of them had a little bit of capped honey in one corner, and I drained it out.

It was all of maybe two tablespoons, and I mixed half of it into some goat yogurt.
