Bob’s fluke, sauteed in butter

We came home at 9:00 pm, with a cooler full of fish – five stripers and a fluke.  Bob fileted his two stripers and the fluke, which he’d caught, in record time, and gave us the fluke filets.  I tackled our three fish while Kevin heated some butter in a skillet.  When it was hot, in went the fluke.  When it was done, in went some capers and lemon juice.

I took a dinner break, and we ate the freshest fluke ever and had a glass of wine.  Then I finished fileting the stripers.
