Simple Peanut Sauce
(enough for two)

3 T. peanut butter
2 T. chili-garlic sauce
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. maple syrup
stock or water for thinning (optional)

Whip everything in a blender. Serve on a combination of noodles and sauteed vegetables, ideally with ginger and garlic
