Kevin made meatballs

I love meatballs, so it’s always trouble when Kevin rolls up his sleeves and makes a big batch. 

He always uses three kinds of meat, but the kinds vary.  This time, it was lamb, bison, and turkey — a fortuitous combination.  The flavor was just lamby enough, and the texture was meaty but light.  They’re the kind of things it’s hard to stop eating.
