Garlic in pressure-cooked beef stew

We were in a hurry, so I tried a beef stew in the pressure cooker. It was a variation on the classic, only without the mushrooms and carrots (we didn’t have any), and with eggplant (which we had). I had to put too much liquid in it to make the pressure cooker seal properly, but the low-fat top round was rendered tender in 30 minutes.
