Eggs in lemon bars

I generally make desserts only when there will be lots of people to eat them, or I end up eating way too much of them myself.  Our friends Ellen and John, parents to our most able slaughter-day assistant Sam, invited us to join them for dinner.  I used three of our eggs, along with juice from Meyer lemons Kevin had brought home from his cross-country trip, to make Ina Garten’s lemon bars.
