Onion shoots, catalogna, and tomatoes in salad

I planted a couple of rows of a kind of green onion that seems to be a cross between a scallion and a leek (it doesn’t get a bulb), and I waited to thin them until the thinees were big enough to be eaten.   They are, now, and I chopped a bunch of them and put them in a substantial salad of lettuce, catalogna, onions, tomatoes, feta, and olives.  It had a simple balsamic vinaigrette.
