Lobster and more

This may have been our first meal that had more self-procured ingredients than store-bought — probably because it was a very simple meal.  It was lobster, corn, and a tomato salad.  I can’t take credit for the corn, butter, oil, or balsamic vinegar, but we were responsible for the lobster, tomatoes, green onions, basil, and sea salt. 

It was a lovely summer meal.
