Brand new potatoes. And lobster. And bluefish. And tomatoes.

The potatoes were a first.  We planted some fingerlings that had sprouted in the potato bin, and our expectations were low.  We didn’t get a huge crop, but we roasted what there were.  They shrunk a lot because they still had a lot of moisture, but they had a lovely, fresh taste.  We served them with grilled bluefish, caught by my stepson Eamon.  (The lobster were bits and pieces I ate while processing them for lobster rolls, and the tomatoes were completely incidental.)
