In honor of the last oystering day — oysters!

We had a few left from last weekend’s foray, and they still tasted fresh and clean after six days in the refrigerator. (For those of you familiar with Barnstable’s shellfish regulations, I need to point out that we didn’t get a full half-peck when we went last Sunday, so I was able to get a few more today without breaking the law.)

I’ve got plans to do something interesting with some of this week’s catch. Check back tomorrow to see if it worked.
