From-the-freezer stew, with chicken mushroom

With turkey slaughter and hunting season fast approaching, I’ve got to make room in my freezers.  From now until then, I’m going to eat as much as possible out of the deep freeze.  Tonight, it was a small piece of top round, stewed with onions, tomatoes, peppers, and a big hunk of the chicken mushroom growing next to our driveway.
