It was faux middle-eastern.  Lamb sauteed with onions, garlic, and tomatoes, flavored with cinnamon, cumin, and black pepper.  With whole-wheat Israeli couscous.

    • Negative. You warned me about the tomatoes, so I counted on them to provide the salt for the dish. Which they did, admirably. They were excellent.
