Sauteed mizuna

The mizuna in the hoophouse was going to seed, and it looked for all the world like anaemic broccoli raab. I cut all the flowering stalks off and sauteed them in a little butter. The flavor was excellent, but the leaves wilted before the stems cooked at all. Some people don’t mind crunch stems, but I like my cooked vegetables cooked. Still, not bad.
