Mizuna! The first spring green.

The mizuna that I planted in the cold frame, in the hoophouse, last fall is just barely at the point where I can take a few leaves off it.  That’s what I did, and supplemented the meager handful with a few catalogna leaves.  A little crumbled goat cheese, a simple vinaigrette, and we had our first spring salad.
