My great and good friend Allison Fishman was visiting — we were filming a couple of First-Hand Food videos.  She made a super-simple pasta with a white clam sauce.  It was olive oil, garlic, white wine, clams, and parmesan.  That’s it.  It was vibrant, clammy, and irresistable.
