There was a little bit of everything in this. I had one of the goose breasts my friend Eric gave me from his successful hunt, and a bunch of ingredients left from our pizza and ravioli dinners of last week. So it was a tomato sauce with goose and turkey sausage with caramelized onions, thickened with about a half-cup of ricotta-based ravioli filling. Into that went the pasta scraps leftover from the ravioli making. It was way better than it had any right to be.
