Stephanie Stiavetti, from The Culinary Life, is taking a break from California and spending some time out here on Cape Cod.  Being from California, she didn’t have extensive experience with quahogs, and Kevin and I decided we’d have to fix that.  We brought a peck of clams to where she was inn-sitting, at Chez Sven in Wellfleet, and made a meal out of them.
