It’s all Les all the time on Starving these days. When I went over to have the venison yesterday, Les gave me a handful of peppers from one of the plants in his garden. Les and his wife, Val, lived in Indonesia for a long time, and they know their peppers.
They were beautiful little things, green on one side and black on the other. I cooked them with caramelized onions, feta cheese, oregano, and roasted red peppers and served them with chicken thighs.
