The meat from four good-sized rock (or Jonah … that question has yet to be resolved) crabs yielded either one robust lunch or two anaemic ones.  “You worked hard for that,” Kevin said (I’d done the meat extraction), “and you like crab more than I do.”

It was one robust lunch — mine.  I added just a little finely chopped onion, and a dollop of mayonnaise.  I didn’t even put it on toast.
