Kevin caught a nice one — 34 inches, 10 pounds.  We turned it into lunch with our friends Doug and Dianne.  I made the same sorrel sauce I’d made with the last fish, and Dianne sauteed some fingerling potatoes and made a beautiful salad of local greens.  Doug grilled the fish.  Kevin opened the wine.  It was probably the best lunch I’d had in years.
