Eggs in Kevin’s lasagne

I came home from four days in California to find a lasagne in the oven and a wine chilling in the refrigerator.  The eggs were mixed in with the ricotta cheese, but it was the homemade turkey-and-buffalo sausage that made the dish.

Do I have it good, or what?
