This coming Saturday the 10th, the Marstons Mills Public Library is sponsoring a panel discussion on sustainable food. Because Michael Pollan was otherwise engaged, they invited me to participate, along with some of my colleagues here on the Cape. The forum is next door to the library, at Liberty Hall, a venue second only to Madison Square Garden in prestige. It’s at 10:00 AM, so I figure the odds are slim that you have something better to do.
Read all about it at the Marstons Mills Library web site. They specifically mention that refreshments will be served.
Come join us. Ask questions. Cheer, jeer, and throw rotten fruit. A good time will be had by all.

Yes, fresh, local refreshments.
And the fall edition of Edible Cape Cod will be available there.
See you there!
