It was our own smoked bluefish, with some thinly sliced onion and a little mayo. It would have benefited from a nice slice of tomato, but our slicing tomatoes aren’t ripe yet, and I can’t bring myself to pay $4 a pound at the greenmarket.
I ate it for breakfast.
