Radishes, beet greens, and mint in chopped salad

The garden isn’t yielding much yet, but we got our first couple of radishes (one beautiful, one premature).  I thinned our row of beets and added the baby greens and radishes to a salad of romaine, chopped beets, and toasted walnuts.  I dressed it with a vinaigrette doctored up with goat cheese and our mint.
