We had more fish, courtesy of Bob and Mad Dog.  This time, it was two lovely little black sea bass.  We’d never cooked this particular kind of fish before, and we grilled them the same we do striper.  They were quite nice, but it’s a very lean, mild fish, and next time I get my hands on one I think I’ll poach it and serve it with a spicy Asian-style sauce.
