Smoked trout with a yogurt mint sauce

There was some trout leftover from the weekend’s catch, and I pan-fried it in a little butter.   The sauce was just yogurt with chopped mint, lemon zest, and a little black pepper.

But I should ‘fess up.  Kevin was out of town, and I get a bit lazy when it’s just me I’m feeding.
