Sandwich of salmon salad with rosemary

Anyone who objects to farmed salmon (and I don’t) should know that, for the most part, the stuff in the cans is wild.  There are many different kinds of salmon, and while the fancy-pants kinds can cost $25. a pound, the low-rent kinds are canned and inexpensive.

Lunch was a can of salmon with some yogurt and mayo, rosemary and pepper.  Whole wheat toast, some roasted red peppers, and it was a fine sandwich.
