Salad with chives and Johnny jump-ups

I used a base of chopped romaine lettuce and added a little fresh mint.  The dressing was lemon juice, olive oil, and a little black pepper.  The Johnny jump-ups (which look like tiny violets) got a bit lost, but the chives came through.  Anyway, it was a pleasant change from shellfish.
