More clams on more pasta

It was lunch, and it was leftover clam sauce.

There was also sea salt, of course, but that only counts as a last resort.

  1. Of course sea salt counts. Just got back from my tour on the research vessel and when we were in the Galapagos the shipping agent welcomed the ship with a pallet of sea salt. The Captain let us take as much as we could get our sea bags. Now how SALTY is that!!

  2. Jeannie — That’s way salty! I thought we were the only ones giving away sea salt — we’ve been giving little jars of it to all our friends.

But I have to be careful about letting sea salt count, because we use it every day and we’ve certainly made enough enough to last the year. So, theoretically, I’m covered for 2009 — but that would defeat the whole purpose of this enterprise, I think.

On the other hand, everyone’s tired of hearing about oysters.
