Leftover clam risotto — and oysters

I wasn’t thrilled with the risotto when I made it a few days back, but it benefitted by some fridge time.  It was a good lunch.

At dinner, Kevin shucked me a couple of our last (!) bowl of oysters while I made an Asian-style stir-fry of mushrooms, garlic, baby bok choy, and beef.  There was nothing in it that qualified for the challenge — not even sea salt.
